Fifth grade students in Ms. Lynch's ELA class are currently working on writing and developing essays. Seneca Hampton of Bingo Media LLC visited with the students to discuss the writing process and how it is used in media. The students had the opportunity to wear Meta cameras, set up a podcast studio, create and develop their own podcasts, write scripts, and prepare interview questions. As part of the experience, students interviewed Coach Smith and Dr. Henderson II.

Last week, our Kindergarten classes had an Apple Week, where they conducted science experiments, math calculations, and used their senses to use apples to continue their learning! What an amazing way to extend knowledge going into fall break! 🍎🍏

Kahdijah Ross with Stars and Stripes Realty left our staff a beautiful breakfast Friday morning. With apple "nachos", bananas, oranges, and different breakfast bars, our teachers received all the energy they needed to tackle the last day of the first quarter. We are very thankful to this amazing community partner!

Keep your student-athletes active during the upcoming break with the Gulfport School District Athletic Intersession Camps, running September 29 through October 2, 2026! 🏀⚽

Open to all students in grades K through 6th, these four-day camps offer a fantastic opportunity to sharpen fundamentals, build confidence, and learn directly from Admirals coaches and players. 🎒
